Camp "Monaco" Rules and Map
Please read carefully as regulations are strictly enforced.
Welcome to Monaco Coach Factory Warranty Service Facility in Wildwood, Florida. Our primary goal here is to service your coach as quickly as possible. We understand this may result in a stay of several days or more. During that time we will try to accommodate you in an assigned campsite with water and electric hookups. These sites will be assigned to you in accordance with your scheduled appointment time.
To be eligible for a site, you are required to check in with our Receptionist in the lobby, which is located at the front entrance of our facility. At that time you will be signed in and your name added to a waiting list for a site. These sites will be assigned in order of your appointment.
Should you arrive over the weekend or after hours you may pull your coach into an empty campsite. At opening of the next business day, you are required to follow proper check in procedures. It is very likely that your coach will be moved to a different site to allow for our scheduled appointments.
If all campsites become full there will be limited power hookups available at service bays. We will assign these hookups in the same procedure as our campsites.
Due to our busy service schedule and limited facility parking, at no time will you be permitted to check in more than 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. Arrival time will have no impact on site or power hookup scheduling.
Staging sites and hookups are a courtesy for our scheduled guests. Emergency appointments are not entitled to these services, unless all previously scheduled coaches have first been assigned and an open site is available.
Check out time is the same day for coaches completed before 12 Noon. Coaches completed after 12 Noon will be allowed a courtesy stay over that evening with checkout no later than 9 am the following day.
We ask that you follow these regulations for the benefit of all our guests. Any questions you have may be addressed with your Service Writer or our Receptionist.

Coming from I-75 N or S, take exit #329. Go East on SR 44 and cross over SR 301 (appr. 4 miles). After crossing SR 301, continue 1.4 miles to Signature Drive . Turn right onto Signature Drive , then turn right onto Monaco Way.
Coming from Hwy 301 N or S turn East onto SR 44 to Signature Drive, Turn right onto Signature Drive then turn right onto Monaco Way.
Coming from US Hwy 27 Turn West onto SR 44 to truck route, then left on SR 44, go past old facility at 3701 W. Main St. Continue West towards Wildwood until you see the Wildwood city limit sign. Turn left onto Signature Drive then turn right onto Monaco Way.
