AN INVITATION TO ALL MCKENZIE OWNERS TO PARTICIPATE IN ANOTHER GREAT INTERNATIONAL RALLY

You are cordially invited to attend the 2008 McKenzie Travel Club RV Rally in Canyonville, OR at the Seven Feathers RV Resort & Casino.  The resort is located on I-5 about half way in the state.  The resort has a lovely indoor pool, fitness center, free wi-fi and cable TV, wide, paved, mostly pull-through sites and many other amenities, to say nothing of the casino right across the freeway.  This is a beautiful part of the state with special areas nearby to visit before and/or after the rally while you are in the area, such as beautiful Crater Lake National Park, Oregon beaches and The Oregon Caves National Monument.

Each McKenzie Travel Club member may invite one non-member to join us regardless of the brand or type of RV they own.  The cost per unit for members is $250.00 for two persons or $175.00 for one person.  For guests the cost per unit is $300 for two persons or $200.00 for one person.  There is charge of $100.00 for each extra person staying in the unit.  This price includes 4 nights at the park with 7 meals, 8 drink tickets and lots of fun.   May 15, 2008 is the deadline for registrations at these prices.  Registrations postmarked after May 15 will need to include $25.00 late fees.  Anyone who attends the Rally must be a paid up member of the McKenzie International Travel Club or a guest of a paid member.

We have some fun themes cooked up for each of our dinners with the AZ/UT, CA/NV and WA Chapters doing the decorating and providing the raffle prizes.  There will be no special dress for any of the dinners this time but please plan to have fun.  We also have excellent entertainment planned for you on the night Monaco sponsors dinner.
 
A few things we will be doing during the rally are seminars by vendors, tours to nearby Wildlife Safari Wild Animal Park, jet boat trips on the beautiful Rogue River, and other optional tours as well as a golf tournament.  Of course our rallies always include fun group meals with lots of visiting which is a great opportunity for renewing friendships and getting acquainted with new friends.

The Rally begins Monday June 23 with the Welcoming Committee ready to greet you and park hosts to escort you to your site beginning at 9:00 am.  There will be a Welcome Gathering, wine tasting, social time and appetizer pot-luck meal on Monday beginning at 4:30 pm. 

Please complete the enclosed Registration Form and return it as soon as possible. If you are inviting guests please be sure your guest’s form is enclosed with yours.  If you specifically wish to be next to or close to anyone please be sure to include that information on your registration form as well as if you need handicapped accessibility or have other special needs.  We will do everything we can to accommodate your request.

NOTE!  The club will not be including tee shirts in the registration costs this time.  It was agreed at the rally in Las Vegas that we have individuals wishing tee shirts to purchase them on their own as a cost saving measure.  If you wish a tee shirt as a memento of the event please be sure to give us your size/s and include the cost in your registration payment.

For those planning to arrive early or stay late, or both, Seven Feathers does not offer the rally rates before and after this event but you can get good discounts by combining your over 55 Senior Discount, Good Sam, AAA or AARP membership with a stop at the casino first to join their player’s club (a total of about 20% discount).  The additional nights rates can be found on the schedule at the bottom of this letter and payable to the park upon your arrival and check-in.  Please be sure to give us your arrival and departure dates on your registration form so we know who will be arriving early or staying after the rally. We will let the park know of your dates to assure your having the same site for the duration of your stay.

The first discount includes Good Sam, AAA, AARP, Senior 55 +, FMCA, Active/Retired Military or Federal or State Government Employee.

The second discount is for a Seven Feathers Casino Players Club Card, which can be obtained for free from the Casino prior to checking in at the RV Resort.  The card is also good for some qualifying discounts in the casino/hotel and for $.03 off per gallon of fuel (non-commercial) at the Seven Feathers Truck and Travel Center.

Cow Creek Tribal Members RV rate is $20.00 per night/any site/any time.  Other Tribal members rate is $26.00 per night/any site/any time.  The discount applies by showing a Tribal Affiliation Membership Card and a Photo ID.
