Hello to all!

Our Chapter held it’s second rally in Quartzite, AZ on January 25- 27, 2008. We are really trying to get this chapter off the ground. Hope to have more AZ/UT members join us next time. We were also pleased to have members from other chapters joining us at this outing.

We had a great time. The weather has been cold and windy but for that weekend turned out beautifully. We all sat around the campfire every evening for Happy Hour and Pot Luck dinners. During the day everyone went their separate ways. Some went hiking in the mountains, others off on their ATV’s and others went to the RV show or other flea markets around town. There is plenty to do in this area this time of the year. I think all of us managed to part with some of our monies at the various show. The RV show is really quite amazing and required at least two visits.

There were eight rigs. We even has one rig from Reading CA join us.

It was suggested and voted on that we have this event again next year, same time same place. Everyone readily agreed.

I volunteered to be the Trail Boss again. So put it on your schedule for the last weekend in January 2009, Quartzite, AZ, Desert Gardens RV park!

Hope to see you there and also at our upcoming event in Camp Verde, AZ..

We also will be looking forward to seeing everyone at the International Rally in Canyonville, OR June 23-27,2008
